“I highly recommend Dr Tori for anyone in need of her services! Dr Tori helped me to recover my pelvic floor after pregnancy and I am now able to exercise with the same strength as I was pre-pregnancy without any leakage or pain. She is so kind and informative! I never felt uncomfortable asking questions.”
“Dr. Tori Mallow was a game changer with my postpartum pelvic health issues I was having after having my two children. Within just a few weeks of seeing her, I felt like a completely new person. She is so caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and skilled at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant or postpartum!!”

FAQs
-
Each appointment is 1:1 with the same therapist. Visits will include a combination of manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and crafting a supplemental home program to be followed between visits.
-
We typically recommend an early postpartum virtual/telehealth visit around 2-3 weeks postpartum. This allows us to troubleshoot any current symptoms and get ahead of any potential issues as you’re healing, all from the comfort of your own home. An in-office visit is generally recommended around 4-6 weeks postpartum and any pelvic floor muscle assessment (internally) is deferred until you’re cleared for exercise and sex by your physician or midwife (usually at your 6-week visit).
-
Of course! Infants are always welcome in the office and visits will accommodate the need for feeding and/or diaper changes. We kindly ask that older children who are mobile not attend in-office visits for the sake of safety and efficiency.
-
While your therapist is skilled in evaluating and treating the pelvic floor muscles internally, no one is ever required to participate in any examination they’re not comfortable with. For those who are postpartum, we defer internal assessments and focus externally, until you’re cleared by your physician or midwife (typically around 6 week postpartum).
-
Anything you’re comfortable moving in! We have gowns to change into, as needed.
-
No! Florida is a direct access state for physical therapy, meaning you can access care right away without having to wait to see your doctor first. After your first visit, we will create a Plan of Care and send this to the medical provider overseeing your care, to keep them updated on your treatment.

Restore Pelvic Health & Rehab is an out-of-network practice which allows us to provide superior care that focuses on exactly what you need without being limited by insurance reimbursement or arbitrary rules. This model often saves patients money and time with transparent pricing and individualized treatments. Many of our patients are able to get their therapy covered by submitting our superbill to their insurance company for direct reimbursement with their out-of-network benefits.
