Dr. Victoria Mallow, PT, DPT, MA
Hi, I’m Dr. Tori! I founded Restore Pelvic Health & Rehab because I believe pelvic floor therapy should go beyond kegels and passive treatments and truly address the root cause of your symptoms. I take the time to perform comprehensive, whole-body evaluations and create personalized treatment plans for people of all genders. My approach is patient-centered, which means you have uninterrupted time with me at every visit to share your story, ask questions, and feel genuinely heard.
As a mom of two, I understand that life is full and busy. You likely don’t have hours to dedicate to complicated home programs, so I focus on integrating treatment into your everyday routines in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. As a trained sex counselor, I also support sexual health as an important and normal part of overall wellness, offering practical strategies when this is part of your goals.
I am a trauma-informed practitioner with extensive experience working with trauma survivors. My priority is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel respected, in control, and comfortable in your body again. You deserve care that moves at your pace and honors your experience—and that is the kind of care I strive to provide.
Dr. Tori earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, the #1 rated DPT program in the country, and also holds a Master’s in Science Education from Columbia University. Since becoming a licensed PT, Dr. Tori has gained experience working with various populations, from hospital intensive care units to outpatient clinics. Before relocating to Florida, this native New Yorker ran her own pelvic floor mobile concierge practice in Baltimore, MD. She is a Certified Clinical Instructor through the APTA, as well as a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Sex Counselor.
