Dr. Victoria (Tori) Mallow (She/Her) founded Restore Pelvic Health & Rehab to provide the highest quality of Pelvic Floor Therapy that goes beyond kegels and passive modalities and addressed the root cause of symptoms. Dr. Tori prioritizes comprehensive evaluations that involve assessing the whole body, and personalized treatment plans for all genders. Her patient-centered approach ensures you have the opportunity to tell your story and ask questions, by having uninterrupted time with your therapist at each visit.

As a mom of two, Dr. Tori understands that people don’t always have dedicated time for lengthy home exercises and so she works to integrate treatment into your everyday life and existing routines. As a Sex Counselor, she is able to provide strategies to optimize sexual health, as this is an integral part of overall health and wellness.

Dr. Tori is a trauma-informed practitioner with an abundance of experience working with trauma survivors. She is passionate about helping others to feel comfortable in their bodies again by providing an inclusive, safe, and healthy environment for every patient.

Dr. Tori earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, the #1 rated DPT program in the country, and also holds a Master’s in Science Education from Columbia University. Since becoming a licensed PT, Dr. Tori has gained experience working with various populations, from hospital intensive care units to outpatient clinics. Before relocating to Florida, this native New Yorker ran her own pelvic floor mobile concierge practice in Baltimore, MD. She is a Certified Clinical Instructor through the APTA, as well as a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Sex Counselor.
