I created Restore Pelvic Health & Rehab specifically to provide a higher level of quality care for my patients. Instead of following a cookie cutter protocol and wasting time with kegels, I create treatment plans that are individualized for each person’s unique situation. My own experiences as a patient provides me a unique lens from which to approach treatment. My biggest focus is ensuring the people I work with feel comfortable and supported.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a covered service via your out-of-network insurance benefits. We have chosen to be an out-of-network provider, in order to provide the best care to you.
We have very transparent pricing and charge a flat rate of $225 for our visits. We also provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. You can also use your FSA/HSA account to cover your visits.
Unlike in-network facilities, there is no surprise bills after the fact and treatment is not limited to a certain area of the body or number of visits, ensuring we can provide care in a way that is most effective and beneficial.
-
From our first visit, you’ll have space to share your full story, and you can expect to feel genuinely heard and understood. I prioritize transparent, open communication so you always know why we’re doing what we’re doing and how it supports your goals. Treatment is never rushed or forced—everything happens at your pace and within your comfort level. My role is to guide and educate you, while ensuring you feel safe, empowered, and actively involved in your care every step of the way.
-
I see individuals all throughout their cycle, including during menstruation. If you’re strongly opposed to internal work during your period, we will modify our treatment approach for that day to fit your comfort level.
-
No. Florida is a direct access state which means you can come directly to pelvic floor therapy without seeing a physician first. After 30 days, we will inform your medical provider of your plan of care.
-
I see patients Tuesdays-Thursdays from 8:30am-4:30pm and Fridays from 8:30am-3:30pm. Appointments are 55-minutes in length and always one-on-one with me.
-
Each person is assessed and treated individually and therefore there is no standard number of visits. We schedule your first visit and 3 follow-up visits, at the time of booking, in order to ensure I can accommodate everyone on my schedule for the weeks to come. This avoids the issue of someone coming in for their first visit and then not being able to get back on schedule for several more weeks. Dates/times of follow-up visits can always be changed, with ample notice.
-
We require 24hrs notice, from the time of your appointment, in order to reschedule or cancel. Non-emergency cancellations within the 24hr period will be charged the full visit amount to the card on file.
-

As a Pelvic Floor Specialist, I am skilled in evaluating and treating the pelvic floor muscles internally and this type of evaluation does provide greater detail on how the muscles are functioning. However, no one is ever required to have an internal exam in our office. We are a trauma-informed clinic and you will be provided with multiple options for your evaluation, so that you can choose what you are most comfortable with. It’s important to also understand that a traditional orthopedic evaluation (outside of the pelvis) is also extremely important in determining why your symptoms are present in the first place and is oftentimes where we begin anyway.
