The out-of-network model allows us to provide a higher level of care so that your treatment sessions are guided by your needs and goals — not by visit limits, productivity standards, or insurance-driven treatment requirements.

When a clinic is “in-network,” physical therapy is often still paid out of pocket until a deductible is met — and many deductibles can be several thousand dollars. Patients may also not know what is being billed to their insurance or what services are considered covered, which can lead to unexpected bills after treatment is concluded.

With our transparent out-of-network model, you know the cost of your care upfront, without surprise charges or uncertainty about what may later be billed through insurance.

Many in-network practices require therapists to juggle more than one patient at a time. This often makes visits feel rushed and patients often have less time with their primary therapist. At Restore, you’ll spend each visit one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and will never be passed on to an assistant or tech.

Insurance based physical therapy practices need to abide by visit limitations, often based on speed of progress, diagnosis, and other therapies received in the same calendar year. Insurances may also dictate how long a therapist can spend with you and what form of treatment will be covered within a visit.
